Or bills keep coming in when you thought the Lord would have taken care of these a long time ago. Or it's simply the monotony of everyday life. Whatever it is, you aren't where you thought you'd be. And the temptation creeps in to become impatient with the journey. Yet God seems relentlessly more concerned about making us holy rather than to moving us along to the next thing in life. And we end up missing a thousand chances to experience the joy of total surrender to Christ right where we are at simply because we feel God has brought us the wrong way. Why not be totally surrendered right where you find yourself today, and trust that an All-Wise Father guides your every step and knows exactly what He is doing?
