John brought up the Bahnsen/Stein debate. I would encourage anyone interested in apologetics to check it out. The debate can be downloaded here. It looks like CMF has reduced the price of this debate to 1 cent. I actually paid $4 to listen to the debate. I have enjoyed every cent! Nevertheless, I don't think this genre is ideal in dealing with so-called atheists.
UPDATE: Chad T. added some good thoughts. He wrote, "Sure, the debate was a one-sided joke, no doubt about the 'winner'. But what, or better said 'who' was won? No one, because that wasn't the point. he wasn't trying to win a person, just an argument. We need to be careful to take all that we can that is helpful from it, but totally discard the academia of the actual debate."
